Creating the event look and feel, accreditationsand security, tent and its waypoints to the Meierhof hotel which was also set up for such an important event, guests transport,… a turn-key project which helpedMexico’s representatives get the most out of the event.
Escato Int collaborated in the production and project management of this exhibition stand. Custom carpentry 6 meters tall arches created an open but plenty of different spaces distribution, in which the guest flow was as smooth and easy as the 5G connection.

Escato Int designed and produced the brand and decoration outside and inside the Olympic Stadium of Kiev for 8,600 Hospitality and VIP guests: private skyboxes, tents, a huge garden overlooking the stadium, corridors, lounges…
This is one of the world’s most prestigious annual sporting events, with almost 400 million viewers worldwide, and the objective cannot be other than provide first-class hospitality services and a memorable experience to its various target groups, enhancing the guest experience and flow (from arrival until departure) and creating an immersive environment for guests to dive into.
The entrance to the UEFA Club, the biggest tent ever built in this event, was designed as the tunnel players use to get to the pitch. Once inside, guests found a huge hanging LED pitchsurrounded by the grandstands and benches with both coaches giving instructions.
Escato Int collaborated in the production and project management of the biggest hospitality tents and the garden area overlooking the stadium.
